#KillerHeels is a dance class where dancers come pour their blood, sweat, and tears out on the dancefloor. The Killer Philosophy is “Train hard and dance as if it may be the last.” 

Killer Heels is a two hour class that focus on the three elements:

🩸Conditioning (endurance, flexibility, strength)

🩸Technique (walks, center floorwork, across the floors infused with styles of jazz and ballet) 

🩸Performance (choreography, facials and camera work)
