About the Event
Welcome to the Killer Heels Technique Workshop. This 3 hour workshop is desgined to build, elevate, and challenge dancers in the art of dancing in heels. There are three major components to the this workshop: Conditioning, Across the Floors, and Performance.
In this workshop dancers will learn exercies that will help power through movement, gain flexibility and get a better understanding of body awerness, and also help dancers feel more comforable and confident in their heels!
